We understand that skincare is a subjective purchase; for this reason, we will gladly hand out a full refund for any full-priced unopened commodity returned within 14 days from the date of purchase. Reach out to us and return the products to our address. Still, postage will be charged at actuals.
Our products, once unwrapped, cannot be repackaged or resold due to the lack of preservatives. To keep things secure for our customers, we disapprove of returns on opened merchandise. If you are doubtful of a product’s suitability, kindly opt for our sample size packaging.
